Please note that custom made boxes, mylar packaging, jars, pins, snapbacks and other custom made products except for envelopes will be subject to longer print times than indicated above as those are specialty items.

The later you confirm the order for print, given the dates above, the later it will arrive. We are not responsible for delays in customer's reply to mock ups or logo files that fail the necessary requirements (fully editable vector file in .ai format) and have to be reproduced via a logo order or resent via customer.

Please note that we are dealing with extended production times as we are moving to a larger production facility. This means that all orders will take longer than usual. No refunds will be provided for any orders for which customer does not refer to the eta. Eta's are clearly stated below and in the signature of our email.

• For orders confirmed for print (note: not placed, but confirmed for print) between December 10-December 31st = ETA falls on the mid to end of January / Beginning February, depending on the date your order was confirmed for print.

• For orders that were confirmed for print between January 3rd - January 31st, the ETA for shipment falls on mid to end of February/Beginning of March, depending on the order date.

• For orders that were confirmed for print between February 1st - February 15th, the ETA for shipment falls on mid to end of Beginning - Middle of March 2018, depending on the order date.

• For orders placed between February 16th - February 28th - Order eta falls on End of March/Beginning of April 2018
